Service Description
A mindful, beginner-friendly class designed to build strength through steady walking and simple strength exercises. You'll improve balance, coordination and confidence while keeping your practice low impact and supportive. Perfect for active adults or anyone looking for a low impact way to build muscle, strength and cardio endurance. All levels welcome--move at your own pace with plenty of cues for safe form.

Cancellation Policy
📅 CANCELATIONS: You can cancel a class up to 1 hour before the start time without penalty. 🚫 NO-SHOWS: If you miss a class without canceling, you’ll lose the class session from your plan and be charged a $10 no-show fee. This fee will be invoiced and must be paid before attending another class. ⏰ BOOKING CUT-OFF: You can book a class up to 15 minutes before it begins. 👥 MINIMUM ATTENDANCE: We need at least 2 people booked to run a class. If 0 or 1 person is signed up 2 hours before start time, the class will be canceled. ✅ Be sure to book early to help keep your favorite classes on the schedule!
