Walk Into Wellness
Service Description
A mindful, beginner-friendly class designed to build strength through steady walking and simple strength exercises. We’ll start with 35 minutes of intentional walking patterns and movement drills, helping you get in anywhere from 2,000–5,000 steps while improving balance, coordination, and overall confidence. From there, we’ll transition into upper body strength and core work to build supportive, functional strength. This class is low impact, approachable, and supportive — perfect for active adults or anyone looking to build muscle, strength, and cardio endurance without high-intensity strain. All levels are welcome. You’ll be guided every step of the way with clear cues and options, so you can move at your own pace and feel successful in your body.

Cancellation Policy
📅 CANCELATIONS: You can cancel a class up to 2 hours before the start time without penalty. 🚫 NO-SHOWS: If you miss a class without canceling, you’ll lose the class session from your plan and be charged a $10 no-show fee. This fee will be invoiced and must be paid before attending another class. ⏰ BOOKING CUT-OFF: You can book a class up to 15 minutes before it begins. 👥 MINIMUM ATTENDANCE: We need at least 2 people booked to run a class. If 0 or 1 person is signed up 2 hours before start time, the class will be canceled. ✅ Be sure to book early to help keep your favorite classes on the schedule!
