Service Description
This class is a full-body strength training hour that makes your muscles strong and movements strong! Each week's workout brings variety with new props + techniques, but one goal stays constant: building muscle endurance! With longer rests between sets, you'll push your strength to the max--no cardio required! A fantastic workout for everyone, regardless of fitness level.

Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy Cancellations: You can cancel a class up to 1 hour before the start time without penalty. No-Shows: If you miss a class without canceling, you’ll lose the class session from your plan and be charged a $10 no-show fee. This fee will be invoiced and must be paid before booking another class. Booking Cut-Off: You can book a class up to 15 minutes before it begins. Minimum Attendance: We need at least 2 people booked to run a class. If 0 or 1 person is signed up one hour before start time, the class will be canceled. Be sure to book early to help keep your favorite classes on the schedule!
