Service Description

Looking to strike balance with your flexibility practice and your strength? This class is a great place to start to focus directly on your strength! Within class we will have endless opportunities to build strength, ultimately allowing us to improve our posture, feel stronger in daily life, and find our core! Class will consist of a warm-up to get us ready to move. We will then move into traditional and functional strength training exercises designed specifically to strengthen areas of weakness as well as take the time to focus on form for injury prevention and recovery. Finally, we will finish with cool-down to get you ready to return to your evening duties.

Cancellation Policy

There is a one-hour cancelation policy for all classes. Cancelations made after the one-hour window or no shows will lose their class session from their plan + incur a $10 late cancellation/no show fee. Booking is open until 15 minutes prior to the start time of class. Class schedule is subject to change based on instructor availability + demand. If there are no participants booked for a class, that class will be cancelled one hour prior to start time, with morning classes being cancelled at 10pm the night prior.
