Service Description
Our Pilates Mat class offers a dynamic + engaging workout designed to strengthen your core, improve flexibility + enhance overall body awareness. Through a series of low-impact exercises, the class focuses on core strength, incorporating controlled breathing + precise movements to engage the deep muscles of the abdomen, lower back + hips. Class will begin with a gentle warm-up, including breathing + stretches to increase circulation, loosen up the muscles + prepare your body for the workout. The core of the class focuses on a series of exercises performed on the mat. You’ll work through a variety of movements that emphasize controlled motions + proper alignment. Modifications + progressions are provided to accommodate all fitness levels, ensuring everyone can participate safely + effectively. The class concludes with a cool-down, gentle stretches + relaxation techniques to release tension, promoting muscle recovery + to help bring your heart rate down gradually, leaving you feeling refreshed + balanced.

Cancellation Policy
📅 CANCELATIONS: You can cancel a class up to 1 hour before the start time without penalty. 🚫 NO-SHOWS: If you miss a class without canceling, you’ll lose the class session from your plan and be charged a $10 no-show fee. This fee will be invoiced and must be paid before attending another class. ⏰ BOOKING CUT-OFF: You can book a class up to 15 minutes before it begins. 👥 MINIMUM ATTENDANCE: We need at least 2 people booked to run a class. If 0 or 1 person is signed up 2 hours before start time, the class will be canceled. ✅ Be sure to book early to help keep your favorite classes on the schedule!
