Service Description
End your day with movement that strengthens and restores. This full-body workout combines low-impact cardio with functional strength exercises to improve stamina, muscles tone, and overall fitness--without stressing the joints. The session ends with a calming cooldown to help you relax and transition into a restful evening. This class will leave you feeling strong, refreshed and ready to unwind.

Cancellation Policy
There is a one-hour cancelation policy for all classes. Cancelations made after the one-hour window or no shows will lose their class session from their plan + incur a $10 late cancellation/no show fee. Booking is open until 15 minutes prior to the start time of class. Class schedule is subject to change based on instructor availability + demand. If there are no participants booked for a class, that class will be cancelled one hour prior to start time, with morning classes being cancelled at 10pm the night prior.
