Service Description

Hot (power) Yoga is a fast-paced cardiovascular workout focused on building strength and flexibility in the body through high-impact yoga postures. This class will tone, strengthen and purify your body with the added benefit of 90+ degree infrared heat. You’ll start with breathing exercises + centering to ground your mind + body. This is followed with a gentle warm-up to acclimate to the heat. You then move into a dynamic flow, incorporating a series of poses designed to build strength + flexibility. Class may focus on deep stretching + holding poses to promote deeper muscle engagement + relaxation. The class concludes with a cool-down period, featuring stretches + relaxation techniques to help you leave feeling refreshed + balanced. The combination of heat + movement ensures a comprehensive workout that benefits both body + mind! Get ready to move + sweat!

Cancellation Policy

There is a one-hour cancelation policy for all classes. Cancelations made after the one-hour window or no shows will lose their class session from their plan + incur a $10 late cancellation/no show fee. Booking is open until 15 minutes prior to the start time of class. Class schedule is subject to change based on instructor availability + demand. If there are no participants booked for a class, that class will be cancelled one hour prior to start time, with morning classes being cancelled at 10pm the night prior.
