Service Description
Hot Yoga is a fast-paced cardiovascular workout focused on building strength and flexibility in the body through high-impact yoga postures. This class will tone, strengthen and purify your body with the added benefit of 90+ degree infrared heat. You’ll start with breathing exercises + centering to ground your mind + body. This is followed with a gentle warm-up to acclimate to the heat. You then move into a dynamic flow, incorporating a series of poses designed to build strength + flexibility. Class may focus on deep stretching + holding poses to promote deeper muscle engagement + relaxation. The class concludes with a cool-down period, featuring stretches + relaxation techniques to help you leave feeling refreshed + balanced. The combination of heat + movement ensures a comprehensive workout that benefits both body + mind! Get ready to move + sweat!

Cancellation Policy
📅 CANCELATIONS: You can cancel a class up to 1 hour before the start time without penalty. 🚫 NO-SHOWS: If you miss a class without canceling, you’ll lose the class session from your plan and be charged a $10 no-show fee. This fee will be invoiced and must be paid before attending another class. ⏰ BOOKING CUT-OFF: You can book a class up to 15 minutes before it begins. 👥 MINIMUM ATTENDANCE: We need at least 2 people booked to run a class. If 0 or 1 person is signed up 2 hours before start time, the class will be canceled. ✅ Be sure to book early to help keep your favorite classes on the schedule!
