Move with Intention. Unlock with Ease. A class that blends mobility training and mindful movement. This heated class is designed to enhance joint health, increase range of motion, and build resilient strength—perfect for anyone looking to move better, feel better, and connect deeply with their body. Using props like resistance bands, blocks, straps and therapy balls, we’ll move slowly and deliberately to activate underused muscles, release tension, and re-pattern movement. Expect focused mobility drills, dynamic stretches, breathwork, and isometric holds—all in a heated environment that supports circulation, soft tissue release, and flexibility. Cancellation Policy
📅 CANCELATIONS: You can cancel a class up to 1 hour before the start time without penalty. 🚫 NO-SHOWS: If you miss a class without canceling, you’ll lose the class session from your plan and be charged a $10 no-show fee. This fee will be invoiced and must be paid before attending another class. ⏰ BOOKING CUT-OFF: You can book a class up to 15 minutes before it begins. 👥 MINIMUM ATTENDANCE: We need at least 2 people booked to run a class. If 0 or 1 person is signed up 2 hours before start time, the class will be canceled. ✅ Be sure to book early to help keep your favorite classes on the schedule!
