Service Description

Gentle yoga is a slower and more relaxed paced style of yoga. It is designed to be accessible to people of all fitness levels, including those who are new to yoga. This class will include more warm-up movements, with a stronger emphasis on stretching, seated poses and low impact movements and the yoga postures are often held for longer times. Gentle yoga, with its emphasis on breathing and quiet reflection, allows us to come away feeling flexible in our bodies, relaxed in our minds, and calmed in our nervous systems.

Cancellation Policy

There is a one-hour cancelation policy for all classes. Cancelations made after the one-hour window or no shows will lose their class session from their plan + incur a $10 late cancellation/no show fee. Booking is open until 15 minutes prior to the start time of class. Class schedule is subject to change based on instructor availability + demand. If there are no participants booked for a class, that class will be cancelled one hour prior to start time, with morning classes being cancelled at 10pm the night prior.
