Service Description
Gentle yoga is a slower and more relaxed paced style of yoga. It is designed to be accessible to people of all fitness levels, including those who are new to yoga. However, it is not just for beginners; it's a versatile practice that offers something for everyone by providing options for poses to fit all levels. This class will include more warm-up movements, with a stronger emphasis on stretching, seated poses and low impact movements. Each session includes guided breathwork, gentle stretching + foundational yoga postures. The pace is slow, allowing you to fully connect with each pose + come away feeling flexible in your body, relaxed in your minds, and calmed in your nervous system.

Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy Cancellations: You can cancel a class up to 1 hour before the start time without penalty. No-Shows: If you miss a class without canceling, you’ll lose the class session from your plan and be charged a $10 no-show fee. This fee will be invoiced and must be paid before booking another class. Booking Cut-Off: You can book a class up to 15 minutes before it begins. Minimum Attendance: We need at least 2 people booked to run a class. If 0 or 1 person is signed up one hour before start time, the class will be canceled. Be sure to book early to help keep your favorite classes on the schedule!
