Service Description

This free, monthly, beginner-friendly class focuses on alignment, posture, and mindful movement, giving you the tools to move safely and confidently in any yoga class. Designed with beginners in mind but open to all levels, it’s the perfect space to slow down, ask questions, and feel supported. In this smaller, more personalized setting, we’ll move through gentle breathwork, supportive stretching, and a breakdown of the most common yoga poses you’re likely to see in class. Expect clear guidance, helpful adjustments, and space to explore modifications without the pressure of a faster-paced flow. Whether you’re brand new to yoga, returning after time away, or simply wanting to refresh your foundation, you’ll leave feeling steady, confident, and connected to the “why” behind your movement.

Cancellation Policy

📅 CANCELATIONS: You can cancel a class up to 1 hour before the start time without penalty. 🚫 NO-SHOWS: If you miss a class without canceling, you’ll lose the class session from your plan and be charged a $10 no-show fee. This fee will be invoiced and must be paid before attending another class. ⏰ BOOKING CUT-OFF: You can book a class up to 15 minutes before it begins. 👥 MINIMUM ATTENDANCE: We need at least 2 people booked to run a class. If 0 or 1 person is signed up 2 hours before start time, the class will be canceled. ✅ Be sure to book early to help keep your favorite classes on the schedule!
