Service Description
FlowStrong is a two-in-one class experience —The first part of class guides you through a dynamic yoga flow to awaken your body, deepen your breath, and open both the upper and lower body. You’ll build gentle heat and mobility through mindful movement before transitioning into the second half: focused strength and core work designed to challenge your balance, stability, and control. Each session blends slow, intentional repetitions with bodyweight and strength-focused exercises to deeply engage your muscles and activate supporting groups for a well-rounded, full-body workout. The focus shifts daily — from upper body to lower body or total-body strength — for a balanced and progressive practice that complements your flow work. End your practice with a restorative cool-down and deep stretching to release tension and promote flexibility. Note: Monday class is lightly heated — heaters turn on at 4 PM (the start of class) and gradually warm the room throughout the session. The temperature is never “hot,” making it perfect even for those who typically avoid heated classes.

Cancellation Policy
📅 CANCELATIONS: You can cancel a class up to 1 hour before the start time without penalty. 🚫 NO-SHOWS: If you miss a class without canceling, you’ll lose the class session from your plan and be charged a $10 no-show fee. This fee will be invoiced and must be paid before attending another class. ⏰ BOOKING CUT-OFF: You can book a class up to 15 minutes before it begins. 👥 MINIMUM ATTENDANCE: We need at least 2 people booked to run a class. If 0 or 1 person is signed up 2 hours before start time, the class will be canceled. ✅ Be sure to book early to help keep your favorite classes on the schedule!
