Round out your year with one last, feel-good vinyasa flow designed to help you release, reset, and realign. We’ll move through a thoughtful sequence built to ease tightness, awaken strength, and reconnect you with your breath — a blend of gentle challenge and calming ease to close the year with intention. We’ll close with an extended savasana + meditation, giving you space to reflect, soften, and settle into the energy you want to bring into the new year — a quiet moment just for you before the celebrations begin. All levels welcome, with variations offered throughout. Come as you are. Move how you need. Reset fully.

Cancellation Policy

📅 CANCELATIONS: You can cancel a class up to 1 hour before the start time without penalty. 🚫 NO-SHOWS: If you miss a class without canceling, you’ll lose the class session from your plan and be charged a $10 no-show fee. This fee will be invoiced and must be paid before attending another class. ⏰ BOOKING CUT-OFF: You can book a class up to 15 minutes before it begins. 👥 MINIMUM ATTENDANCE: We need at least 2 people booked to run a class. If 0 or 1 person is signed up 2 hours before start time, the class will be canceled. ✅ Be sure to book early to help keep your favorite classes on the schedule!
