Service Description
Yoga Flow class is the synchronization of breath with movement. Each posture is linked to an inhale or exhale, fostering a deep connection to the breath, creating a seamless FLOW of postures. Each session is designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance, while also promoting mindfulness and relaxation. You’ll start with breathing exercises + centering to ground your mind + body. This is followed with movement + a flowing sequence with modifications + variations offered to accommodate all levels, ensuring a safe + accessible practice. The class will conclude with a final savasana, offering a deep relaxation + allowing you to fully integrate the benefits of your practice, leaving you feeling refreshed + revitalized. *** On Thursday evening, please note that the room may be warm due to the heated class scheduled prior.***

Cancellation Policy
📅 CANCELATIONS: You can cancel a class up to 1 hour before the start time without penalty. 🚫 NO-SHOWS: If you miss a class without canceling, you’ll lose the class session from your plan and be charged a $10 no-show fee. This fee will be invoiced and must be paid before attending another class. ⏰ BOOKING CUT-OFF: You can book a class up to 15 minutes before it begins. 👥 MINIMUM ATTENDANCE: We need at least 2 people booked to run a class. If 0 or 1 person is signed up 2 hours before start time, the class will be canceled. ✅ Be sure to book early to help keep your favorite classes on the schedule!
