Service Description

Circuit Training is a full-body workout designed to build strength, boost endurance, and keep you moving with purpose. We’ll start by warming up together to prep your muscles and joints, then move through four focused stations, each targeting a different element of fitness: • Upper Body Strength – arms, shoulders, chest, and back • Lower Body Strength – glutes, quads, hamstrings, and legs • Cardio Conditioning – heart-pumping intervals to elevate your energy • Functional Strength & Stability – balance, coordination, and core-supported movement You’ll rotate through each station at your own pace with clear guidance and options, making this class accessible for beginners and challenging for seasoned movers. We’ll finish strong with a core blast finisher, then wind down with a cooldown and stretch so you leave feeling accomplished, energized, and grounded.

Cancellation Policy

📅 CANCELATIONS: You can cancel a class up to 1 hour before the start time without penalty. 🚫 NO-SHOWS: If you miss a class without canceling, you’ll lose the class session from your plan and be charged a $10 no-show fee. This fee will be invoiced and must be paid before attending another class. ⏰ BOOKING CUT-OFF: You can book a class up to 15 minutes before it begins. 👥 MINIMUM ATTENDANCE: We need at least 2 people booked to run a class. If 0 or 1 person is signed up 2 hours before start time, the class will be canceled. ✅ Be sure to book early to help keep your favorite classes on the schedule!
