Service Description

A fantastic workout for everyone, regardless of fitness level. Circuit training is a resistance training workout that involves alternating between a series of exercises that target different muscle groups with short rest periods in between. This class hits it all--upper body, lower body, abs + cardio!

Cancellation Policy

There is a one-hour cancelation policy for all classes. Cancelations made after the one-hour window or no shows will lose their class session from their plan + incur a $10 late cancellation/no show fee. Booking is open until 15 minutes prior to the start time of class. Class schedule is subject to change based on instructor availability + demand. If there are no participants booked for a class, that class will be cancelled one hour prior to start time, with morning classes being cancelled at 10pm the night prior.
