Sauna only? $25/session Join us for a guided sauna + cold plunge experience designed to help you slow down, reset your nervous system, and connect — to yourself and your community. We’re bringing an 18’ wood-fired mobile sauna + cold plunge tank on site. You’ll be guided through intentional cycles of heat, cold exposure (if you choose), and rest — with aromatherapy and hydration woven into each round. ✨ What’s Included - 30-minute guided sauna sessions - Optional cold plunge experience - Certified Sauna Guide leading each session - Intentional cycles of heat, cold & rest - Aromatherapy throughout - Snacks + hydrating beverages available

Cancellation Policy
Sauna Booking Policy To receive a free sauna session, you must be booked into a paid class on Saturday, May 9. Use of the sauna promo code confirms that you have an active class reservation for that day. ⚠️Please note: "1st Class Free" passes do not qualify for the free sauna offer. All sauna bookings are non-refundable once reserved. This policy helps prevent late cancellations and ensures spots are available for others who would like to attend. 💡 A Few Things to Know - Sauna sessions are 30 minutes and begin/end on time - Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in - Wear appropriate clothing (swimwear, shorts, etc.) - Bring a towel and water bottle - Sit on a towel while in the sauna - Cold plunge is optional - All participants are required to rinse prior to using the cold plunge Cold Plunge Notice: Use of the cold plunge is optional. The water is not chlorinated and is not changed between each participant. All participants are required to rinse prior to entering. By choosing to participate, you acknowledge these conditions and are encouraged to listen to your body and do what feels best for you.
