Get ready to sweat and build strength in this high-energy HIIT (high intensity interval training) class! Using a mix of bodyweight exercises, resistance training, cardio and functional movements, you'll challenge your stamina, build power and improve overall fitness. Modifications are available, making it suitable for all fitness levels. Come ready to push your limits and have fun!

Cancellation Policy
📅 CANCELATIONS: You can cancel a class up to 1 hour before the start time without penalty. 🚫 NO-SHOWS: If you miss a class without canceling, you’ll lose the class session from your plan and be charged a $10 no-show fee. This fee will be invoiced and must be paid before attending another class. ⏰ BOOKING CUT-OFF: You can book a class up to 15 minutes before it begins. 👥 MINIMUM ATTENDANCE: We need at least 2 people booked to run a class. If 0 or 1 person is signed up 2 hours before start time, the class will be canceled. ✅ Be sure to book early to help keep your favorite classes on the schedule!
