Sound Bath

Join Angie for a relaxing sound bath + immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of quartz crystal singing bowls that facilitate deep relaxation + healing. This sound bath will activate the parasympathetic nervous system to promote profound calmness, enhance sleep, reduce stress and anxiety, as well as support immune funciton, reduce tension + balance your energy centers (chakras).

Wear comforable clothing and bring water, a yoga mat, blanket, and/or pillows (whatever you'd like to be comfortable). Props are available at the studio for use as well.
