Join us for a unique group activity that cultivates growth, connection and promotes self-care.  Whether you are just discovering (or rediscovering) your creative spirit, or you've been journaling for years, this event is for you!  Journalinghas so many positive benefits to your health + well-being and can be an amazing tool for self-discovery. 

Each participant is encouraged to bring their own journal or notebook.   All journaling prompts + pen materials will be provided.  Refreshments + light snackes will be served.  

More about our host: Steph Linehan, of P3i (Promote the Positive and the Perfectly Imperfect, LLC) is a teacher, wife, and mom.  She lives in River Falls with her husband and two children. Steph creates custom workshops for the surrounding area with special emphasis in personal and professional growth.  In her free time she loves to watch hockey, hike, and spend time with family and friends.
