Reiki Workshop

Experience the power of energy healing at our Reiki Workshop.  This session will begin with an introduction to Reiki, exploring its history and the fundamental principles.  You'll learn the basics of Reiki and learn self-healing techniques. Next, you'll be guided through a soothing chakra meditation to balance your energy center, followed by gentle yoga.  As you relax in restorative poses and Savasana, each participant will receive a mini-individual Reiki healing, deepening your sense of peace and well-being.  This workshop is perfect for both beginners and those seeking to enhance their energy healing journey.
