Join us for Move for a Mission—a gentle, accessible yoga class designed to help you slow down, stretch deeply, and reconnect with yourself… all while supporting an important cause.

This month, we are honored to donate 100% of proceeds to St. Croix Valley SART, an organization that provides compassionate support, advocacy, and resources to individuals impacted by sexual violence.

This class will be a Gentle Stretch + Slow Flow—a blend of mindful movement, longer-held stretches, and grounding breathwork. Expect a welcoming, supportive environment where you can move at your own pace and take exactly what you need.
