YOGABOX is designed to challenge your body + mind, offering a unique blend of strength, flexibility + cardio training! The session will end with meditation + temple massage (if you choose).

This class is suitable for all fitness levels. Modifications will be offered to ensure everyone gets the most out of their practice.

After the workout, cool down with a cold essential oil towel, hydrating electrolyte drink + protein balls. Come ready to sweat, move, have fun + MASH UP your workout!
