About the event
At this workshop, children will practice yoga & meditation, enjoy a snack, and create a collaged dream board!Â
Caregivers have the option to stay or drop off. Â Please drop off no earlier than 15 minutes prior to workshop and pick up no later than 8:00pm. Â
Erica is a certified Kids Yoga Instructor and Meditation Coach.
