Chakra Workshop

The chakras are our energy centers. They exist not physically, but are found in the subtle (energy) body. 

This workshop will take you on a journey of manifestation through the chakras, from crown to root. You will learn about each of the 7 chakras, including their location, color & associated emotions.  You will also learn how to recognize imbalances  in each chakra and how to balance them through various techniques, such as meditation, yoga, food, and aromatherapy.  Attending can be a transformative experience, helping you to connect with your inner self and find greater balance and harmony in your life.  You will have the opportuninty to make your own powerful momento, to bring home with you, as you continue to manifest to your fullest potential.  We will end the workshop at Jeonsa Studio for a 45 minutes Heated Restorative Yoga for the Chakras.

Snacks & Refreshments will be served during the workshop.
