Have you been thinking about trying a yoga class? Â Our new Beginner Yoga Series is for you!
This series is specifically designed for beginners; a safe environment where EVERYONE is NEW to yoga. Â Over the course of 4 weeks, you will learn about the history, benefits and types of yoga and cover the foundational postures one at a time. Â You will receive alignement cues and feedback and a workbook with information, definitions and pose descriptions. Â Questions are welcome during class to help you and others gain a deeper understanding of yoga.
