Pop-Up Circuit Training
Service Description
We begin with an intentional warm-up designed to activate your muscles, elevate your heart rate, and prepare your body for strength-based movement. Expect mobility work, light cardio, and dynamic prep exercises so you feel ready — not rushed. Next, your instructor will clearly demonstrate 6–8 functional exercises. Think strength, power, cardio, and stability — movements that translate into real life. You’ll see proper form, modification options, and opportunities to level up, so you can choose what works best for your body. Then it’s go time! You’ll cycle through the full set of exercises while a timer runs for a set work period. Your goal is to complete as many quality rounds as you can before the clock stops. This is self-paced intensity — you control your speed, your weights, and your rest. The focus is on strong, intentional reps rather than rushing. We close the session together with focused group core work to build deep stability and support your spine, followed by a stretch and cooldown to lower the heart rate and lengthen what we strengthened. Cancellation Policy
📅 CANCELATIONS: You can cancel a class up to 2 hours before the start time without penalty. 🚫 NO-SHOWS: If you miss a class without canceling, you’ll lose the class session from your plan and be charged a $10 no-show fee. This fee will be invoiced and must be paid before attending another class. ⏰ BOOKING CUT-OFF: You can book a class up to 15 minutes before it begins. 👥 MINIMUM ATTENDANCE: We need at least 2 people booked to run a class. If 0 or 1 person is signed up 2 hours before start time, the class will be canceled. ✅ Be sure to book early to help keep your favorite classes on the schedule!
