Looking for another fun workout? HIIT is for you! HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) will engage your entire body for a total body workout that focuses on strength + cardio interval training. The combination of 45 seconds of activity and 15 seconds of rest (walking) between each exercise helps elevate your heart rate, maintain lean muscles + reach new heights in your yoga + fitness journey!

Cancellation Policy
There is a one-hour cancelation policy for all classes. Cancelations made after the one-hour window or no shows will lose their class session from their plan + incur a $10 late cancellation/no show fee. Booking is open until 15 minutes prior to the start time of class. Class schedule is subject to change based on instructor availability + demand. If there are no participants booked for a class, that class will be cancelled one hour prior to start time, with morning classes being cancelled at 10pm the night prior.
