Service Description

Tight hips? Stiff Hamstrings? Achy Shoulders? Sore Back? The SoS (Science of Stretching) approach to flexibility training can effectively and systematically create more space in the body you live in. Our goal is to re-establish the basic range of motion. Flexibility improves your posture, reduces pain, reduces the chances of injury and allows you to move like a younger version of yourself. A class for all levels with the intention of allowing muscles to relax and lengthen.

Cancellation Policy

There is a one-hour cancelation policy for all classes. Cancelations made after the one-hour window or no shows will lose their class session from their plan + incur a $10 late cancellation/no show fee. Booking is open until 15 minutes prior to the start time of class. Class schedule is subject to change based on instructor availability + demand. If there are no participants booked for a class, that class will be cancelled one hour prior to start time, with morning classes being cancelled at 10pm the night prior.
