Service Description

This class is designed to build core muscle groups while improving posture through performing a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdomen and back muscles. Build your core strength and tone your abs, glutes, and legs with a mix of dynamic core-stabilizing exercises and cardiovascular endurance to get the blood flowing and heart rate elevated.

Cancellation Policy

There is a one-hour cancelation policy for all classes. Cancelations made after the one-hour window or no shows will lose their class session from their plan + incur a $10 late cancellation/no show fee. Booking is open until 15 minutes prior to the start time of class. Class schedule is subject to change based on instructor availability + demand. If there are no participants booked for a class, that class will be cancelled one hour prior to start time, with morning classes being cancelled at 10pm the night prior.
