Teachers, it’s time to take a moment just for YOU! This special Yin & Yang class is crafted to help you unwind, recharge, and rejuvenate. We’ll guide you through a gentle flow of slow, intentional movement and deep stretching, followed by a deeply relaxing restorative practice. The class will start with Yang sequences to release tension and activate energy, followed by Yin poses to stretch and restore your body. As we wind down, you’ll experience the calming effects of a hot towel on your feet, infused with the refreshing scent of peppermint essential oil, melting away stress and leaving you feeling completely grounded and renewed. Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy Cancellations: You can cancel a class up to 1 hour before the start time without penalty. No-Shows: If you miss a class without canceling, you’ll lose the class session from your plan and be charged a $10 no-show fee. This fee will be invoiced and must be paid before booking another class. Booking Cut-Off: You can book a class up to 15 minutes before it begins. Minimum Attendance: We need at least 2 people booked to run a class. If 0 or 1 person is signed up one hour before start time, the class will be canceled. Be sure to book early to help keep your favorite classes on the schedule!
