Service Description
This slower-paced, intentional yoga practice is designed to help you move with precision, awareness, and ease. Ideal for both new and seasoned yogis, the class emphasizes healthy movement patterns, postural awareness, and breath as you explore the subtle details of alignment and form. You'll move with purpose—not speed—building strength, confidence, and a deeper understanding of how your body works best. With a blend of focused alignment, calming breathwork, and gentle pacing, this supportive practice creates space for education, embodiment, and inner balance. Expect to be both challenged and rebalanced as you reconnect with your body’s natural alignment and inner compass.

Cancellation Policy
📅 CANCELATIONS: You can cancel a class up to 1 hour before the start time without penalty. 🚫 NO-SHOWS: If you miss a class without canceling, you’ll lose the class session from your plan and be charged a $10 no-show fee. This fee will be invoiced and must be paid before attending another class. ⏰ BOOKING CUT-OFF: You can book a class up to 15 minutes before it begins. 👥 MINIMUM ATTENDANCE: We need at least 2 people booked to run a class. If 0 or 1 person is signed up 2 hours before start time, the class will be canceled. ✅ Be sure to book early to help keep your favorite classes on the schedule!
